1. Project Manager

He is in-charge of total area of construction site. It is his responsibility to take control of all over the site. And to guide the team working under him.

2.Project Engineer

He is a support and behalf of Project Manager. He makes schedule of works as per project managers plan. And to maintain technical documentations like Erection Drawings, Letters, data sheets, etc. And to sought out technical mistakes.

3. Quality Engineer

He is the responsible for quality. The main work is to make site Quality assurance and control. And to check the incoming materials, conducting tests.

Conducting inspections and giving clearance for site engineers to work. And to identify the defects like pinholes, potholes, cracks, damages in PEB and to rectify it.

4. Site Engineer

He is responsible for work process. Site Engineer have to make method statements, Checklists, Daily progress reports. And to get quality control checklists, documents signed from Quality Engineer.
